FAQ's & SHIPPING
Shipping :
Thank you so much for shopping with us! Your order will be packed and shipped within 7-11 Business Days from the moment you place your order.
We ship out Monday-Saturday with the exceptions of Holidays.
We offer USPS/UPS Standard Shipping (with tracking) estimated delivery in 2-3 days.
Please DOUBLE check your information before placing your order.
Note Luzecitas Co is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Once in possession of USPS we have no control over the time it take to be delivered.
However we will do our best to help you find your package. In the case that your tracking says it was delivered but you haven't received your package, please visit your local post office to file a claim.
*Due to COVID-19 & HOLIDAYS shipping times will vary. Unfortunately we cannot control what happens once the package leaves our location. Please allow extra days for the package to be delivered.*
Local Deliveries :
*We will contact you within 7-11 business days to arrange pick up. Or Feel free to DM our Facebook or Instagram page to make arrangements. Pick Up Times after 6:30 pm
Returns :
At this time we are not offering EXCHANGES NOR RETURNS Due to items being custom.
* All SALES are FINAL.
If any damaged itmes are recieved due to our error email us at LuzecitasCo@gmail.com. Please include your name, and order number. Please notify us of the issue no LATER than 3 days after receiving your item. Upon review we will notify you if we are able to exchange your item. We will only exchange for store credit. Shipping fees will be excluded should a merchandise credit be issued.
We are NOT responsible for any return shipping fees.
Please do not return packages with out an approval.
